What has been most fulfilling about volunteering for St. Vincent Meals on Wheels?
When you’re out doing runs and you get to interact with seniors who don’t have the ability to socialize regularly really touches my heart each and every time. Albeit, I do not get the opportunity to do this very often nowadays I know that the money we raise and donate to SVMW is going to a great cause, we are helping to feed someone but we are also responsible for uplifting morale.

What do you think is unique about the program?
You get to witness firsthand the difference you are making with a small gesture, one meal at a time. Also, their staff truly go above and beyond. They make it a point to create connections with those they service. They’re super caring and genuine about their work.
