Chef Keith Corbin: Alta Adams

We are excited to announce native Angeleno Chef Keith Corbin’s participation in Hollywood Under the Stars 2024 on June 22 at Paramount Studios.

Chef Corbin’s restaurant, Alta Adams, located in Los Angeles’ historic West Adams neighborhood, will be a highlight of this year’s gala fundraiser.

Chef Corbin and Daniel Patterson, the culinary visionaries behind Alta Adams, bring a unique interpretation of soul food that bridges traditional West African flavors with California cuisine.

Chef Corbin is a two-time James Beard Award nominee, co-owner of Alta Adams, and author of the bestselling memoir “California Soul”. His journey from the housing projects of Watts to becoming a renowned chef and author has inspired many. Chef Corbin continues to share his story, mentor youth from underserved communities, and make appearances on television shows and festivals nationwide.

Chef Corbin will showcase his singular culinary talent at Hollywood Under the Stars 2024, highlighting the vibrant flavors and rich history that define his work at Alta Adams.
