Bresee Volunteers Visit Hotel Dieu

Volunteers from Bresee Youth Center visited Hotel Dieu and crafted playful wind chimes with our homebound seniors, bringing joy and tasty treats!

Bresee’s mission is to battle poverty by empowering youth and families in Los Angeles with the skills, resources, and relationships necessary to thrive. Their vision is to foster a diverse community of Angelenos working together to break down barriers and lead fulfilling lives. Guided by values of integrity, community, resilience, life-long learning, and compassion, Bresee supports approximately 900 middle and high school students and offers gang-prevention services to 100 at-risk youth aged 10-15 years, all free of cost.

St. Vincent Meals on Wheels and Hotel Dieu are grateful for the fellowship and joy the Bresee volunteers brought to our senior community.
